Any individual who enters, attempts to enter or in any way participates or attempts to participate in any competition, or giveaway (“Competition”) conducted by TatTech, Inc. (“TatTech”) (each such individual is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official General Challenge Rules (“General Rules”), as well as by TatTech’s interpretations of these General Rules which are final and binding in all matters relating to any Challenge.

Some Challenges will have specific rules developed for them (“Specific Challenge Rules”). In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between these General Rules and the Specific Challenge Rules, the Specific Competition Rules shall control.

These items are not allowed in TattooAwards competitions and will be removed without any refund:

Items that are not relevant to a competition topic.
Poor quality (blurred, overshaded-overbright, noisy, etc) pictures of tattoos.
Collages (several different items on one image).
Items that have a tattoo that is poorly scaled — make sure that the tattoo itself takes most part of an image as much as possible.
Items containing unfinished work or showing WIP (work in progress).
Religious, social, and targeted harassment.
Unauthorized work (tattoos that do not belong to an artist) will be removed with a permanent ban of an account.
Duplicate items: posting the same item into one competition more than once will lead to deletion of duplicates and keeping one item in it from an artist.
Items edited in software with added graphics that covers a tattoo or its parts (unless it is made to avoid NSFW warning)

Please note:

Watermarking: TA platform is not prohibiting artists watermarking their tattoos unless the actual signature is leading to breaking above stated rules or covers a tattoo. In such case you may either be contacted to edit an item or it may be removed.
NSFW content: Please refrain from tattoos with sexual or violance acts context in them. (These items will be marked as 18+ items and will be allowed in later platform updates)
Images with wrong rotation: Sometimes, when taking a picture using phone it can enterpret rotation in a wrong way. Please make sure you have properly rotated image. Otherwise you may either be contacted to edit an item or it may be removed.

PURCHASE NECESSARY:

Unless otherwise noted, no purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will also not improve your chances of winning. TatTech, Inc. may have paid entries for contests. In the event this takes place, it would be optional.

APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED):

All Competitions are subject to and governed by applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Competition is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
Competition CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION:
TatTech reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Competition if the Competition is not capable of being completed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, “bugs,” tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures of any kind or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of any such Competition. The decision of TatTech to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Competition shall be final in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY:

Age: Unless otherwise specified, each Competition is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Profile: Must have a completed profile on TattooAwards.com and/or TattooIdeas.com. These profiles may be linked.

Terms and Conditions:

***Shipping is not included with prizes claimed through our store. We are not responsible for issues concerning the delivery of prizes due through carriers or customs.

***Due to Covid 19 prizes are taking longer to arrive than usual. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your prize.

***All winners receive a "Claim your Prize" email. Prizes not claimed after 60 days will be forfeited.
